 1,700 acres will undergo a massive keyline design and implementation d
 uring and after the course to help drought proof the community and pre

 experts in sustainable agriculture and carbon sequestration, this cour
 se will encompass all of the\ndesign elements needed to create a carbo
 n sequestering agricultural system—returning carbon to the soil whil
 e increasing food production. This course will cover holistic landscap
 e systems design, project management, and implementation.\n\nPurpose\n
 Studies have shown that permaculture-inspired soil building techniques
  lead to signficant carbon sequestration, while also increasing soil f
 ertility and water retention. This course will provide participants wi
