CASA (Community Action for a Sustainable Alameda), a community-wide coalition organized to implement Alameda's Local Action Plan for Climate Protection, is having it's second community forum.
Michael Brune, author of Coming Clean, Breaking America's Addiction to Oil and Coal - and Executive Director of the Rainforest Action Network will be talking about the urgency of action and what we can do to make a difference. We're ready to get to work! Join us Oct. 30 at the Alameda Public Library to volunteer and start putting last CASA meeting's brainstorms into action.
