Local 2020.org's energy action group is beginning a DIY Home energy Audit and conversation initiative. This energy action group through the effort called Citizens for Local Power was behind the successful citizens initiative to give our PUD permission to take back the electrical grid from PSE. As PUD nears completion of the purchase of PES assets in Jefferson Co, the energy action group has set its sights on a Do It Yourself Home Energy Audit and conservation program. In conjunction with the PUD and our Joint County and City Climate Action Committee, the energy action group plans to offer a program with online energy audit tools, energy conservation contractor workshops and plans to work with third party players to help homeowners complete needed energy conservation upgrades.

The attachment seems to be a file type only some will be able to enjoy.
I get nowhere via the link you posted. The groups' sites don't make info about it easy to find, either. Please post something more or something new when available. Thanks.

We've had several requests to see your Home Energy Assessment. The file you attached is a Safari file and could not be read. Please save a new copy of your file as a Word, RTF, text file, or something else that we can all read. Then come back to your discussion and attach the new file.
Les and David.
David and Les,
Would a PDF work?
Permalink Reply by Les Squires on January 29, 2012 at 5:00pm @Richard. Yes, a PDF would work as an attachment to your DIY discussion. Let us know if you need assistance.
