ECOSPIRIT: CHRISTIAN ECOLOGICAL REVIEW AT PREACHINGPEACE.ORG

This marvellous writing can be found at www.preachingpeace.org/2010/04/06/ecospirit/

Important Highlights touch on key issues related to many of the globe's enagaging issues: Faith, Religion, Work Conditions, Poverty, The Ethics governing natural capital ( Transfer, Movement and allocation of natural capital )

The bright light shinning through the penmanship is the lesson of the Faith Covenant As a Pathway to Natural Capital and Resources Provisioning, Sustainability and Egronomics (that's taking a break from unnecesary hard work). The Faith Covenant is keeping with God* and God's right order. God as evidenced by Christian convictions and relationships is a Real Life and Life-giving Form, Presence, Personage, Character and Power.

I looked at the article but it seems to be a small book. Could you sum up the main points you found encouraging?

Dear Jackie,

Great to have had you take a look. Like you have asked, These are the points that struck and enlightened convictions for the review. They can be found in paragraphs 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26. The last statement in paragraph 22 sets the lead by pointing out the basic character of God in The Christian Gospel as Self-giving. This character is transformative and is a window to suddenly begin to see God, The God-Jesus Christ Connect, the world, relationships and even indiviual personalities flow in openess, possibilities and expansion. The lessons from this Self-giving character of God is actually the key to Eternity, a far more advanced and personable version to the Wealth Paradox (which means in a sense that what you are willing to let go off determines what you will be lead to).

Next Paragraph 23, 24, 25 and 26 discuss The Creation-Covenant vista! The Vista of Creation in two senses is unlocked by the keys (principles) of a Covenant Relationship with God. In the First Sense of Creation; One is given the ability (or the grace) to be able interact personally with God in what has been created, patterned or ordered: Like one noticing a bloom of flowers in the morning in a place they had not been the night before because one did not see it ( not because they were not there!). Sometimes, these Great acts of Creation by God are in ourselves, in other people, in what we had thought was a difficult situation, in impossible places and through means we could not have known.

The second Sense of Creation is this: What does not actually exist with us or in us but is made open by a covenant relationship with God. A Profile Of This kind of Creation-Covenant relationship can be found in Isaiah 58 (http://niv.scripturetext.com/isaiah/58.htm*) where God remedies a Social Disaster like our own Climate Change, Environmental Pollution and Energy crises by setting a covenant pattern, demands and ideals that unlocks desirable, positive possibilities for all who will participate (with all the credits going to God as the Master Strategist!)
