is just another example of Congress blowing smoke in my eyes. It is like someone peeing on my shoes and tell me it is raining.

Passing any law that a person of average intelligence can not understand should never become law. It is total crap.

We ... the grassroots leaders of the Democratic party have a duty to stand up and say to those Washington State Congressmen and women, we are not going to support them and furthermore, and we are going to hold them accountable for their votes for the illegal and UNJUST wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and for continued funding of the same.

The words in the Constitution are.... a "Declaration of WAR." Not some half-baked (I prefer "half-assed") resolution of giving AWOL Bush the right to decide when he thinks a state of war begins.

The Constitution says the Congress declares war... period. Secondly, our UN treaty says US Congress CAN NOT order the US to war without with the approval of the UN Security Council. Failure to do so means the Congress has become guilty of a breach of the peace.
Any I wrong or am I the only Democrat in the US that understands this?

And in addition Congress passed the half-baked resolution to capture or kill anyone who did the mass murder on 9/11 or provided support to this criminal gang, anywhere on earth and forever.

Such a task for policing the world should have been given to the UN. Oh, I forgot, even a nut like Ron Paul understand this. Yes, a few Democratic Party members of Congress voted against these resolutions. So I am not alone.

What we have as a result of the lies by Bush et al. and by their continual lies about the terrorist threat alerts after 9/11, is the corrupting of the rule of law and the only way for the United States of America to regain its honor is to prosecute AWOL Bush, et. al. for war crimes, to prosecute those in Congress who knew that the Bush administration was going to torture detainees, ETC, and did not stand up publically and demand NO torture, NO secret jails, NO ghost detainees, NO kidnapping people -which in Latin American was called disappearing them, and NO giving these people over to nations that had a history of torturing people in their jails. All these actions are WAR CRIMES.

Given that the leader of the House Democrats, Nancy Pelosi(D-Calif.), Rep. Jane Harman (D-Calif.), Sens. Bob Graham (D-Fla.), and John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), are guilty of not standing up, I can see why the Democratic Party are in such a conflict.

In summary, what we have with this NDAA bill is leaders of Democratic Party assuming that grassroots will sit on their hands and take it. They expect us to keep our mouths shut even as this law takes away a "US person's" right to a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Given that this law makes no sense are we going to sit back accept this vs. what the Constitution says in MUCH clearer words. We must tell our public officials to take this bill and shove it where the sun don't shine.

And furthermore, we pass the following resolutions in our Legislative Districts.

WHEREAS House Speaker Nancy Pelosi(D-Calif.), Rep. Jane Harman (D-Calif.) and Sens. Bob Graham (D-Fla.), John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), Rep. Porter J. Goss (R-Fla.) and Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan) were briefed for at least two years from 2002 to 2003, about the facts that cruel, unusual and in human treatment, to include water-boarding was ordered done by former President of the United States, George W. Bush and his subordinates,
And WHEREAS the CIA additionally gave these Congressmen about 30 private briefings, some of which included descriptions of “technique and other harsh interrogation methods,”
And WHEREAS they had a Constitutional and legal duty under US treaty to go public about the plan for use of torture, ghost prisons, and exceptional rendition to torture by proxy nations and/or actual past acts of torture by the CIA and others - not withstanding that the US government had classified the information about these illegal acts.
BE IT RESOLVED therefore, the US Justice Department must prosecute them for conspiracy to torture.
Pres. Obama has a duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” -- Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution
ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT - Whoever, knowing that an offense has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact; one who knowing a felony to have been committed by another, receives, relieves, comforts, or assists the felon in order to hinder the felon's apprehension, trial, or punishment. U.S.C. 18.
Resolution calling for the prosecution of Bush et. al. for war crimes
WHEREAS there is overwhelming evidence that war crimes were committed by President George W. Bush and his subordinates,
And WHEREAS international law requires the United States government to prosecute all war crimes committed by US persons,
And WHEREAS failure to prosecute while knowing of that overwhelming evidence proves war crimes were committed, that the US Justice Department has refused to prosecute, which is nonfesance by President Obama administration who had the duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”, therefore, he isan accessory after the fact to war crimes.
BE IT RESOLVED therefore, that the 32nd Legislative District (OR ADD YOUR'S ) Democrats call for US Justice Department to indict and prosecute of George W. Bush et. al.andPres. Obama.
BE IT RESOLVED that the secretary of the 32nd LD shall forward this resolution to the Chairs of the Snohomish County Democratic Party and WA State Democratic Party.
BE IT RESOLVED that the secretary of the 32nd LD forward a letter to the local news media noting this resolution
Resolution calling for a new investigation of the events of 9/11
WHEREAS the scientific evidence proves that the collapse of the Twin Towers and World Trade Center building seven were destroyed in a controlled demolition.
And WHEREAS the scientific evidence proves that a Boeing 757 did not crash into the Pentagon.
BE IT RESOLVED therefore, that the 32nd (OR ADD YOUR'S) Legislative Democrats(LD) call for the establishment of a public investigation of the event before during, and after September 11, 2001, so that we have a greater probability of preventing attacks of this nature in the future.”
