Sarah - welcome to Bringing Home America. Agree with you that social change is constantly in motion.  And that it is up to us as individuals to evoke change within ourselves.  But i am still interested in knowing what Bringing Home America is about and how Donna sees her group unfolding. One of the things necessary to creating change IMHO is to first of all have clarity so we can have an intelligent communication.

What we need to do is to get interested members involved here and i may be willing to invite more people once i have a clearer understanding as to what exactly Bringing Home America is all about. Can you tell us Donna a little more -- what do you mean by "reconstituting" America?  and how exactly how do you plan to go about creating an "epidemic" of social change.  

Rather than "reconstitute" the word we use is "transform" and our focus is on accomplishing this via hands-on experiential learning. And what i suspect is that due to being from different parts of the country and different cultural backgrounds we have some communication gaps to close. Although we obviously are on the same path we also need to be walking hand-in-hand with greater understanding between us, so to speak.  with love and in appreciation for all that you do, Donna.

Hi Donna, Am very happy to meet you.  We probably have many interests in common.  The name of my organization is: Future Dawning.org. And we are looking for the most creative people we can find to join our virtual learning center and think tank so we can address the "unprecedented in past recorded history" challenges the human family faces today.   

 

I don't know how this fits together but am sure there is lots of overlap with Bringing America Home where we can work together on common interests.     I am currently designing a program entitled: "Moving Into: TOTAL WELLNESS" of which Part I will address the "how to" of doing this for the individual via evolving human consciousness, learning how to create sustainable living communities, addressing nutritional needs, employing energetic healing modalities to reduce stress, and employing the art of Qigong to create an balanced life for the individual while employing Fen Shui to provide a balance in the home environment.  Creating entrepreneurial skills as the new way to work rather than to find a job.  Our motto also is "Living simply so others may simply live. Part II of the program addresses how our social systems must change so they are working for us instead of against us.  

In addition as i see it as a major challenge, if the THE major challenge we face today, i have begun a program entitled:  TAKING AMERICA OFF OF DRUGS.  And IMHO this has to begin with restructuring the rehabilitation programs currently being used in the U.S. so we have a recovery rate of 100% and not 3% as is happening today and in which the newly released are back into drug dealing within a few days as their are no jobs with which to allow them to keep roof overhead and food in mouth.  

 

So, very much looking forward to getting together with you, Donna and exchanging ideas on how we can work together to handle these mega crisis of our time.
