Comment by Collin Ferguson on June 3, 2010 at 11:44pm: We've just completed a re-branding process. We are now Xchange Stewards, we are developing new technology, and we're looking forward to a limited launch in late summer 2010.

We'll be interviewing regional trade exchanges, interviewing local businesses, and work shadowing with the Community Connect Trade Association in Boulder, Colorado. CCTA is connected with Transition Colorado.

Next, CEN|PDX will organize a Cooperative Association.

We are currently developing new technology for the accounting system. This will introduce Community Exchange System 2.0, which will likely be powered by Cyclos.

Will be discussing how to develop a regional strategy - Portland Metro and Pacific Northwest, i.e. Cascadia wide.

Now that you've created Community Exchange your members can INVITE likeminded people from Community Exchange and from Transition U.S. to commingle, add further information and links in TEXTBOX as they develop, delve into group issues on the DISCUSSION FORUM, and make quick comments on the COMMENT WALL. The hybrid Community Exchange/Transition group even has its own private email list for group announcements. Go for it! Let us know when you have questions.
