The Kyneton Transition Town initiative is an outcome of the 2010 Kyneton Conference hosted by Kyneton Connections. The Kyneton Conference, attended by over 100 residents, provided opportunities to explore and present future visions for Kyneton. One of the conference outcomes was the idea of developing Kyneton into a "greener" town.
