I posted a video about how to make a worm bin for under ten dollars. Anyone here want some worms to start a bin? I'll mail them to you. Worms are great for the garden as they aerate the soil so the roots are more effective. They also create wonderful organic fertilizer in the form of castings and worm tea. If you have chickens, they make an excellent snack for them too. So many good things about worms...

Hi everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Scott and I live in Prescott. Posted a few pics today, so you have a sense of my interests.
Everyone make it through this storm ok? We got a boatload of snow here.
Cheers, Scott

Please see the Group menus we're installing today for Arizona. These links represent advanced ways of selecting, sorting, reviewing activities and associations scoped to Arizona. The key to remember is to TAG all events, photos, videos, discussions, etc. with the TAG "US-Arizona" as you create them. Go back and tag your earlier creations with "US-Arizona" and they will automatically appear on the Arizona-specific menus. If you hear a big slurping whoosh when you open this page, it's the Arizona Portfolio gathering bits & pieces from all over the site as well as external sites and summarizing them for this group's members. Who wants to help manage this? It's really fun!

G'day Arizona Transitioners,
Need a favor! Would you be willing to help move the remaining membership from our original Transition Arizona State website to this new group? There are 75 members who need a little encouragement to move to the new site from the old site, which will be deleted any day now.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU
* Log into the old site at http://transitionarizona.ning.com
* Go to http://transitionarizona.ning.com/profiles/members/
* Change the SORT BY to Alphabetical.
* Use the first letter of your first name to select everybody whose first letter matches yours. Check through our roster on this page and select another letter if somebody else's name starts with your letter. Repeat the process with the letter before and the letter after yours. Don't worry about some people getting a couple of notices.
* Click on their photo one by one and use the COMMENT WALL to send your message.
* In addition, for extra credit, focus on 3 or 4 of your closest acquaintenances and send them a personal note.
Thanks!
Les

Hey, John, good for you for spotting the typo. I just made your an Admin for this group. How about your fixing the typo... And while you're there how about fleshing out Arizona's group "resume". See http://transitionus.ning.com/group/linktransitionwisconsinusa for ideas...
