Pardon the previous listing of code.  I am again setting up  a mailing list specifically for our Nighthawkers.  You can get an idea of how it will work on this link.  Logging into Transition in Action will not be required when this list is fully functional.

Spring cleaning is coming early to the Kelly-Squires household at 779 Nighthawk. You'll see a big table with lots of stuff on it -- free for the taking.  Some new.  Some old.  Some borrowed.  Some blue.  Take what you think you can use -- free.  If something doesn't work, put a note on it and return it.  The junk truck will be by in about a week.

Hi Neighbors,

If you're considering painting the inside of your unit, you might want to drop by 779 Nighthawk and see how a professional painter goes about it.  Kate and I are having the whole first level of our place painted.  something that hasn't been done in our unit since Nighthawk was built.  Drop by anytime today (Thursday) or tomorrow.   Better today if you want to see the spraying in action.

David, here are the steps
* Create a group named APPLEWOOD COLORADO or something like that --Click here to create the group.
* Email your residents and invite them to join the new group.  Everything you see here for Nighthawk will be available to them. * * Let's talk  about further refinements.

I don't live in your neighborhood, but I am trying to build something similar in Applewood and would like to trade ideas on how to make it happen.
