How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
I love the idea of uniting the density of urban living with sustainability through creating better transportation systems, landscaping with edible and native species, re-designing our energy and water use... Transition movement is all about making tangible lifestyle changes to create a better world!
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?

I am still a little uncomfortable giving out my phone number. I prefer to maintain telephone contact with people I am already friendly with on a face-to-face basis around my neighborhood. Thanks!
