Just joined.

Reduce waste in the workplace, wasted energy and wasted time.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
Roughly ¾ of the people with whom you communicate have basic communication and decision making styles different from yours. Managers spend 42% of their time resolving non-productive interpersonal conflict. When this happens we are burning up two valuable resources: energy and time. These are two resources that we can control. They can either be leveraged or wasted. And they both have a multiplier effect. Wasted time and energy lead to lower productivity and poorer quality. Time is the ultimate non-renewable resource.
