Profile Information
- How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
- Relocalize.net, Bioneers.org, WiserEarth.org, FaceBook.com, etc.
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- I have been aware of the peak oil problem since the '60s. I began thinking about solutions in the '70s. I tried building prototypes with no funding in the 80s, gave up and joined the status quo in the '90s. Now that it's way too late, I can help show what could have been done 30 years ago.
- How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
- I like the geographically aware model that the Relocalize.net site was using. I have no car, no income, no property at all. I could walk to Bloomington, Indiana or Hohenwald, Tennessee but I'm hoping to find or create a closer group. I am a survivor and can live by spiritual means.
