City residents can take local action to have their entire city's electrcity come from clean and renewable sources. This can be done through government, business and community collaboration. Complete a feasibility study determining site locations for wind/solar installation, and then have the city government offer the project for competitive bid to qualified businesses to own and operate...details at www.GreatGreenCities.org
