I slice them and then freeze them on cookie sheets and once frozen, pack them into vacuum sealer bags. They look nice and yellow in the bags."

Profile Information
- How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
- Hosting a Training for Transition Sept 25 & 26, 2010. Have an organization, Local Economy Network, that has been working on localization issues for 2 1/2 years.
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- We can either transition with forethought and planning or we can do it when forced to. I would rather plan for it and do it the "easy" way.
- How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
- We have to talk to people who are not part of our inner circle. And, the only way we will be heard is to find a common interest and start there. Our group has been holding Barter Fairs, which seems to touch an area of common interest of many people.

We're interested in exploring permaculture and 3D printing opportunities here - will welcome any ideas or connections you may have on this. Hope you and/or others there can add pages to MiiU as well on resiliency-related initiatives in the eastern WV area!
