It is $50- to join and I have to watch a video...

I realize it is based in the NorthWest..I get that. it is one model.

It does not seem user friendly for folks far away that would like to learn what they are doing.

It may work well and be awesome..

but I still don't understand how I would get up to 60 families in my area free/ barter , childcare - babysitting..

Looking at more websites and stuff on cyberspace does not show me how to do it in my area.
The folks replying to my confusion on how it REALLY works, Are you folks doing babysitting and childcare with others? and if YES, how does it work?
