- Hi Gary, I have heard that there is a working group (official? unofficial?) that is addressing issues of IT technical architecture, guidelines, decisions, etc. Les Squires directed me to you to help me understand (1) exactly who is working on this at the global and US national levels, and (2) what is the current state of the discussion - key issues, decisions made, current directions, etc
