MIMIC THIS! When you get invited to events 3000 miles away (or 20 of them just across town), use COPY & PASTE with the really interesting events to seed your own community's plans for similar events. Why start from scratch.... Beg, borrow and mimic! More....

How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
Self-responsibility is the first "transition" that society needs to make. I'm actively engaged developing sustainability on my organic, permaculture homestead. I'm also actively engaged politically in reversing the trend toward centralized, totalitarian control.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
I'm totally committed to the idea of Transition into sustainable social, economic, financial, and political systems. Essentially, transition seems to be a necessity for survival. But, if not, the move to social, ecological, and politically harmony would make life much more enjoyable.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
As a student of history, politics, and law, I bring experience and perspective on the necessary changes in our legal and political system.

On the local scene, does Graham (or some broader geographic area) have a Transition-supporting website, or blog, or listserv, or Facebook, or Meetup? If so, it would be spot on for all our members if you would consider including a link to Graham in our registry of organizations, localities, companies, products, services, Twitterers, Facebooks, Meetups, etc. supporting Transition and Sustainability. Here's the page to create the link -- http://transitioninaction.com/groups/group/new. I'll be glad to help launch and build your link. Do you want to do it?
