- How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
- I'm putting my own house in order. Also networking with permaculture advocates in the southwest
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- I have long believed that the party was going to be over in my lifetime. I began practicing as many elements of self sufficiency and low impact lifestyle choices already in 1973. Yep, I'm one 'o them ageing hippy girls!
- How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
- I can demonstarate to interested parties the things I have already put in place to reduce resource usage. I am a student of consensus power sharing and adept at salvage and recycling. I use a fuel efficient motorscooter for the bulk of my personal transportation. I see motorscooters as an ideal transition vehicle for those taking the first steps toward reduction of their personal carbon footprint.
