How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
I'm an author, speaker and coach working with leaders who are serious about living their values, passionate about nature, and concerned about their legacy. I developed the Sustainable Values Set (TM), a system of values distilled from nature that helps to ensure alignment and congruence with how nature actually works. Who could be a better teacher than Mother Nature herself?
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
No one disputes that the Earth is changing. Rather than argue about why, it is important to begin to work in concert with the planet. The benefits are huge, the impacts are both intangible and tangible ( financial) and working with the planet is both ethical and spiritual. By living and working from a Deep Green perspective, our lives become coherent and whole.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
My focus is on leadership and the benefits gained by creating a partnership with the planet. My book,"What's It Mean - Shifting To Green?" offers several frameworks for shifting, both personally and organizationally to aligning with Earth's natural processes. I coach leaders to walk their talk!
