How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
Yes, I am part of the Seed group in TT Santa Barbara
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
I have been working towards the transition movement for over twenty years, although under different names and visions, but it's all the same.
We are the one's we've been waiting for.... Which means the wait is over..... Let's get busy!
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
I am a mechanical design engineer, currently in development of a wind turbine for a start-up company.
I have knowledge of many aspects of renewable energy, as well as other important sectors, such as water, food and transportation.
I co-founded a local currency based on the Ithaca hours model in Santa Barbara. This was only one of many community activities that I have been envolved with over the past twenty years.
And finally, but not least, I am an avid permacutural designer and visionary.
