Profile Information

How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
Just learned of transition movement. Currently participating in programs and volunteering at Center for Resource Conservation and Smart Energy Living Alliance. Created EVentures LLC to pursue energy/resource efficiency ventures.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
The need to change is compelling and inevitable. the challenge is to create awareness leading to action. I believe this will be done best by organic bottom-up activity supported by top-down incentives and barrier elimination. I want to help this happen, before too many crises lead to irrational, counterproductive reactions ("Drill, Baby, Drill").
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
By offering skills, experience and energy to help the movement progress. I have experience in project management, business development and consulting. I bring technical understanding of energy and resource issues and solutions. I have MBA and MS Engineering.
