- How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
- Am involved in various Island transition initiatives in La Palma, where I live since yr 2000, still organising core group, have been doing talks and regular radio shows on transition topics since 2008. http://8thlife.org is my latest transition initiative which is in english.
Focusing on supporting permaculture students and activists with basic training all over Spain and some in Latin America (online and live courses), most of whom are involved in some kind of transition initiative.
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- Been doing transition work since 1995, set up one of the first community transition initiatives (Green Adventure) in London - using the same principles and methods! Very old now, rescued some info here http://www.finca-luna.com/GA

- Am part of a great team of the permaculture academy here in Spain - we are preparing a big online & very complete "scientific or integral permaculture" course, which will be bilingual - the essential basic models in detail but also distilling the best of the newest & most radical models we now need to integrate into our designs.

The purpose of the group is to support TT implementers. The difficulty seems to be that the TT implementers either don't know about the group, or don't see themselves as such, or don't recognise that such support has value. Neither John nor I has given any attention to this.
