Profile Information

How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?: In Sweden, part of Post Carbon Sweden.

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?: Aware of the need to reduce fossil fuel inputs per capita and of the overly complex supply web that globalisation has created.

How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?: I am a trained facilitator, in open space and other things, and would like to set the movement going in Sweden. Am also founder of the ECO UNIT movement in Sweden. I am also working on alternative local asset based financing systems, one of them is called UNITS OF TRUST.

In this edition the community builds a centre to house biochar, rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, a living wall in a greenhouse and a kitchen and dining/meeting room. The centre displays all the elements of a transitioned building.
