- How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
- organizing public art projects and really, really free markets to provide a positive context for meaningful interaction.
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- Too many people get exploited in the current system we've been taught to buy into. It's got to change, and I feel a responsibility to create situations that erode the fear we've accumulated in the last century and remind people in my community that it IS ok to talk to strangers and try new things and how wonderful it feels when we genuinely connect with each other.
- How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
- I've found that art is a fantastic medium for bringing people together. Specifically the creation of art. We're creators and problem solvers, and I feel that getting two strangers to pick up paint brushes on the street for a few minutes isn't too many steps away from the kind of cooperation in which we work together to fix the real problems facing our specific communities.
