- How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
- Redirecting Colorado Organic Wheat & Millet flour into local markets without the excessive trucking out of state for processing/packaging.
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- I'm dedicated to giving local consumers a widely used staple as directly from farm to table as possible while still utilizing volume-capable existing distribution channels.
- How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
- My entire business is based around helping Colorado eat Colorado grain products. Starting in the Denver community, I want to encourage Colorado transition devotees (like myself) to eat their words (as I am) by using local grain & flour products.
