In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?

I dont know much about the Transition movement. Last February, In India, while participating in a PDC, I saw a movie about the Transition movement. I would like to meet other people doing the change theiy expect ;-)

How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
