How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
I have joined both my local and the national mailing lists and participated in several discussons on topics near and dear to my heart. This is fantastic news and I look forward to further involvement in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead!
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
As my website begins ... Sustainability… it is no longer an option … it has become an imperative for our society. Making the transition from our current society to one that is renewable, supportive and life enhancing is a requirement.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement? What can YOU teach us? What can your GROUP teach us?
Have you ever had the experience after looking backwards over your life, that you have been groomed for this moment in history? My professional experiences over the past 30 years includes trainingin Environmental Planning, Solar Design, Aquaculture Water and Wasterwater Treatment, Consensus Decision Making and Meeting Facilitation, Event Planning, and Sustainable Development. I hope that I can be helpful to this movement in a wide number of ways.

Hi Zev. You may or may not have noticed that I changed the Group activities in the left column to display the highest to lowest number of members -- in response to your comments the other day about the number of groups with low member count. It can be changed periodically to also emphasize who has done something more recently.
Thank you for the birthday blessing, you are so kind. I noticed in your profile and on your website your extensive background in using new media technologies, even in creating 3.0 applications to help this movement in some ways. I would love to talk with you more about this if you have time. Email me at Sophia.Liu@colorado.edu.
Thanks Zev! Will keep you updated. Check out our website at www.wellfedneighbor.com. We're launching our 1000 Gardens Project Saturday Feb. 14th at our local Fair Grounds...we have 1000 signs to give to folks as a sign of their commitment. We're trying to get a garden into all 50 schools and every neighborhood association in town along with kitchens for food preparation, canning and seed saving classes, tool and book lending libraries and ongoing re-skilling classes.
