- If the City can find the wherewithal to make money off of property owners for
cracks in their sidewalks in an economic crisis (i.e. - 50/50 Sidewalk Program),
then why can't City Hall devise and pay for a better crosswalk safety plan and
implementation?

I'm wondering if you could state what hope or intention of yours is embedded in your posting all these blogs here. They would engender a greater sense of relevance to me if I sensed there was some dynamic of mutuality, give-and-take in their presence in this space.

I wonder do you see them as invitations to elsewhere, calling cards, in a sense?

My curiosity finally got the better of me. I look forward to your response.
